WHAT'S THE FIT LIKE
relaxed. these are garment-dyed heavyweight tees — 100% ring-spun cotton, 6.1 oz, with a proper substantial feel and a roomy cut. if you like it baggy, size up. if you want it closer, take your normal size. runs from S to XXL.
WHAT'S THE SHIRT MADE OF
100% ring-spun cotton, 6.1 oz (about 207 gsm), garment-dyed. heavy, soft once it's worn in, holds its shape. not a flimsy thing.
HOW DO I LOOK AFTER THE PRINT
wash cold, inside out, on 30. do not iron the print. that's it — treat it right and the design stays put. tumble-drying and ironing straight over the print are how you wreck it, so don't.
WHERE DO THE DESIGNS COME FROM
from here. every design is rooted in something real about the town — the dates, the numbers, the small specific facts only someone inside the walls would clock. nothing made up, nothing generic. if a shirt references something, that something is true.
IS THIS A TOURIST SHOP
no. you won't find a postcard of the high street or a fridge magnet. it's for people who actually live inside the walls, or did, or can't quite leave. if you're a tourist and you get the joke, you're welcome to it — but it wasn't made for the gift shop.
WHO RUNS THIS
the town does. no names, no faces, no founder story. that's the point. the brand talks, we don't.
HOW DOES SHIPPING WORK
uk only for now, flat rate, free over a threshold. every tee is printed when you order it, so we don't quote delivery days — we won't promise a date we can't keep. you get a dispatch email when it leaves. full details on the shipping page.
WHAT'S YOUR RETURNS POLICY
changed your mind — 14 days to cancel, you cover return postage and we refund the standard delivery you paid. faulty or wrong — we sort it and cover the postage; you've got 30 days to tell us it's faulty for a full refund, and refunds land within 14 days. full version on the returns page.
WILL A SOLD-OUT DESIGN COME BACK
maybe, maybe not. some runs come back, some are gone for good — that's part of it. if a design's down, it's not a guarantee it returns. no waiting list promises we can't keep.
